Shanxi Optical Storage Information Industry Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SXOSi") was established in May 2023 and is located in Jinzhong Development Zone, a comprehensive reform demonstration zone in Shanxi Province. It is a high-tech manufacturing enterprise specializing in the production of optical disc as a big data storage capacity in the field of informatization. In April 2025, it completed the strategic acquisition of Japan's Pioneer Optical Storage Business Unit, achieving deep integration of global technology resources. SXOSi has also become a globally leading enterprise in the entire Blu-ray storage industry chain, integrating optical disc, optical disc drive, optical storage devices, and software platforms.

SXOSi has achieved localization substitution for optical storage products. Its core capabilities are reflected in the following aspects: the optical disc production line has the production capacity for all optical discs within 500G, achieving automated and customized disc production, and has obtained BDA International Blu-ray Disc Association certification; the drive possesses independent research and development and production capabilities for core technologies related to optical drives, and has a globally leading optical storage drive manufacturing factory; optical storage devices have been finalized and produced in six models, including NJ-6000 and NJ-BD100, all of which have obtained national CQC and 3C certifications; the software platform has the research and development capability to provide comprehensive services for the entire industry chain, enabling distributed storage of warm and cold data for optical storage devices in a single user or the entire data center, and is fully compatible with localized operating systems such as Kylin, Tongxin, Haiguang, Feiteng, and Loongson.

SXOSi focuses on the research and development of high-capacity optical disc and optical disc drive (with single-disc capacities of 1T, 2T, 4T, and 8T), while simultaneously advancing the technology of the next-generation ultra-low-latency optical storage devices (with second-level response), in order to build an intelligent converged storage solution. This will provide storage support for sustainable development in the digital era and establish a globally leading blue-ray storage base.
